Reservation Information
■ Children's rates: Elementary school students 80% of adult rate, preschoolers (ages 3+) 70%, infants (0-2 years) ¥1,000.
■ Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
*Check-in after 9:00 PM is not available.
■ Check-out: By 10:00 AM
*Late check-out fee: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM ¥1,000 per person
*Your reservation is confirmed upon receiving our confirmation email.
*Please inquire by phone about specific room details.
*When booking multiple rooms, please inform us of the number of guests per room.
Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation fees based on notification date:
1. No-show or same-day cancellation = 100%
2. 1-2 days before = 50%
3. 3-7 days before = 20%
